For the last several years, you keep giving yourself excuses to buy something from the shop, when you know you have something similar at home.
No, it’s not a different shade of white or a different style. Instead, let’s make the most of your current closet.
Blazers
There is so many ways you can go with blazer, you can dress it up or keep it casual, but it doesn’t just stop there!
For a classic office look, pair your blazers with tailored trousers and a simple blouse for a timeless style.
Add on some heels and you’ll look you’re ready to take on the world. If you’re feeling wild, wear a classic trainers to be the trendiest one in the office.
Dress down your blazer by layering it over a plain hoodie or t-shirt. Pair it with straight leg trousers whether that is jeans or joggers. Add some trainers for a relaxed yet stylish look.
This is my go-to airport look whenever I want to feel comfortable but look put together.
For a sophisticated feminine look, wear your blazer over a slip dress or a midi dress. Cinch the waist with a belt to accentuate your figure and add some heels or strappy sandals to elevate the ensemble. Perfect for a night out.
Mini Skirt
Achieve the preppy aesthetic by pairing your mini skirt with a collared blouse or a button down shirt. Layer a sweater vest, cardigan or a cable-knit jumper for a classic, polished look.
Then, add some loafers, ballet flats, or a knee-high boots for the finishing touch.
Embrace the athleisure trend by pairing your mini skirt with a sporty sweatshirt or cropped hoodie.
Add some trainers and accessorise with a baseball cap or a backpack for a sport yet stylish look that’s perfect for running errands or grabbing coffee with friends.
Elevate your mini skirt with a sleek body suit or a satin camisole for a glamorous evening look. Layer on your favourite jewelleries to add an extra sparkle to the outfit. If you want to go for a more edgier look, layer a leather jacket and pair it with black boots.
Joggers
Yes, you’re reading that right. Joggers! You can most certainly make joggers look stylish.
Dress up your joggers for a more polished look by pairing them with a fiUed or structured blazer. Opt for less lounge-wear style joggers (no you cannot use joggers that has pizza stains on it) in a neutral colour, and elevate it with statement accessories such as a baseball cap and jewelleries to add a touch of glam. Finish it off with a clutch or a cross body bag.
Create a cosy and chic loungewear by pairing your joggers with a matching oversized sweater. Layer on a plush coat or a teddy jacket for added warmth and style. If you own uggs or boots, this look would be perfect to wear it. Don’t worry if not because you can wear trainers with it.
Turtlenecks
Layer a form-fitting turtleneck under a blazer or a tailored coat for a sleek and polished look.
Pair it with trousers for a sophisticated ensemble that’s perfect for the office or a professional setting. Complete the look with heels or ankle boots and accessorise it with minimal jewellery.
For a timeless and elegant look, pair a classic turtleneck with a midi or maxi skirt. Finish the look off with knee-high boots or heels and accessorise it with delicate jewellery and cute headband.
Give your turtleneck a street-twist by pairing it with joggers or baggy trousers. Layer on a bomber jacket or a puffer vest for added warmth and style. Throw on some trainers and a cross-body bag for a cool and casual ensemble.
